*Remark. I work in accordance with the Referral Policy of the Association of Certified Stress and Burnout Coaches (NL: Vereniging Erkende Stress en Burn-out Coaches of VESB). For instance, in cases of (a) complicated stress symptoms, (b) burnout with depression or other underlying psychological suffering, (c) alcohol abuse, (d) trauma, or (e) if there is no improvement after 3 to 4 sessions, I will refer coachees accordingly.
