  • • During our free call, I will assess your specific needs and create a coaching package tailored to your unique needs and objectives.

    Examples of Personalised Packages:

    (a) Burnout Recovery and Career Package: Integrates strategies to recover from burnout with career counseling, including assessments, such as the Lola-test*, to identify our interests, talents, values, and potential pitfalls.

    (a) Leadership Coaching Package: For aspiring or current leaders aiming to enhance skills and impact, including assessments to identify strengths, coaching to refine key leadership skills, and strategies to navigate workplace dynamics.

    (c) Specialised Support Package: For gifted adults who are seeking strategies for leveraging unique talents, and enhancing resilience.

    *The Lola-test is a science-based test that measures your interests, offering a solid basis for career or study choices.

  • Each session lasts between 1h - 1h30.

    Coaching packages usually last between 3 - 5 sessions. However, some coaching packages are shorter or (a lot) longer. It depends on your goals and needs.

    In any case, after each coaching session, I follow up with personalised (podcast/book/video/networking,…) tips and assignments so that you can get the most out of each session.

  • Are you an employee or self-employed with at least 7 years of work experience? Do you live in Flanders or Brussels? Are you willing to follow career counseling in Dutch? Then you may be eligible for VDAB career vouchers. All information about the conditions and on how to order the career voucher fast can be found here.

    With career vouchers, you get 7 hours of career counseling for € 90 (incl. VAT) in total:

    1st career voucher: you pay € 45 for 4 hours of career counseling (intake: 60 min. + session 2: 90 min. + session 3: 90 min.)

    Optional: 2nd career voucher: you pay € 45 for 3 hours of career counseling (session 1: 90 min. + session 2: 90 min.)

    As a career counselor, I am affiliated with UPENDI, a career center mandated by VDAB.

  • • After each session, you receive an invoice.

    • Reimbursement for coaching for adults with autism who have a personal budget (NL: persoonsvolgend budget) is possible if you are eligible.

  • Within coaching I use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

    ACT is an evidence-based modern cognitive-behavior therapy approach.

    The aim of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility. Put simply, this means that ACT teaches you to handle everything you think, feel, and experience in a gentle way while moving toward achieving your goals and dreams.

    ACT is presented as a circular model with six common core processes: acceptance, defusion, contact with the present moment (or mindfulness), self-as-context, values, and committed action.
